We have started a wiki entry, and appreciate any additions on other radio models to help folks get on the air on our and other area repeaters!

Help us keep the momentum going!

Although the repeater is in it’s permanent location and working well, there are still some things on our wishlist to improve the repeater.  About 250′ of coax is what is needed between the repeater and the antenna which sits 180′ up in the air.  Currently that coax is comprised of a new 75′ piece of coax coupled to an older 180′ of coax.  The older long piece of coax is weathered pretty good at the antenna mount.  We’d like to one day replace both piexes with a single run of 250′ of coax.

Will you help continue the momentum of making our repeater an excellent resource in Coppell? Please use the donation link below. All funds marked for the repeater will remain dedicated towards the setup and maintenance of CARE repeaters and will not be used for any other purpose.
